June 用 The Great Mental Models 两册书搭建跨学科思考工具箱。前五天从地图、第一性原理、二阶思维和 Hanlon's Razor 入手；之后进入物理、化学、生物和系统中的模型。
这些概念不是待背的术语。课程反复把惯性、摩擦、杠杆、适应、生态位、层级和激励放回学习、工作与关系，通过多个视角减少盲点，并提醒自己：模型只是地图，现实永远比地图复杂。
- 模型是地图，不是现实；任何结论都要保留校准和切换视角的空间。
- 从第一性原理拆前提，再用二阶思维追踪一个决定之后的连锁结果。
- 用惯性、摩擦、速度、杠杆和启动能量重新设计学习与行动。
- 适应、生态位、合作和层级提醒我们：个体始终嵌在环境与系统中。
- 检查激励比猜动机更可靠；好的工具箱帮助提问，而不是替你自动回答。
